The tiger’s and dragons’ class are a mixed fast-paced energetic class encouraging students to feel confident, improve listening and focus skills, increase fitness ability and encourage self-discipline.
The Tigers class covers a warmup section that includes basic running races, small exercises like squats, lunges, burpees, army crawl and can include games like octopus, soccer etc.
Main activities include more formal taekwondo after a quick drink, forming a hierarchy on the mat squares starting with higher belts at the front and white belts at the back.
Tigers and Dragons will build more self-respect and self-discipline by performing and learning formal behaviour. In addition, tigers and dragons’ students will also be learning patterns in classes which is a sequence of attacks and blocks starting off with white belt pattern.
