Our Cadets program help our teenage students to increase their fitness, build their confidence and flexibility in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
Students in the Cadets classes complete practical self defence, basic weaponry, kicking, blocking and Poomsae techniques as well as break falling and teamwork activities. Martial arts is ideal for teenagers as it promotes a respectful and positive attitude while leading a healthy lifestyle, beginning with good exercise habits. Students have often been referred to martial arts to help manage anxiety, stress and depression. Our Cadets programs have been designed with this in mind, and deliver an empowering, confidence-building experience, building on the students' toolkit to cope with stress. Our Cadets Instructors encourage our teens to strive for their best and recognise goals. Cadets classes are a great way for students to learn lifelong skills. To add |
