Our Dragons classes engage 8-11 year old students by encouraging and inspiring them to try their hardest.
Students in the Dragons program endeavour to kick the highest, jump the furthest, and strive to achieve their best.
The belt progression in the Dragons program aims to build students' dedication and commitment to an activity, working towards a goal, then working hard and persevering to achieve it.
Students in the Dragons classes learn kicking, blocking, self-defence and basic attacking techniques in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
Dragons will not only learn a wide range of martial arts techniques but will also develop life skills by building their respect, self-confidence, focus, fitness and self-discipline in each dynamic class.
We recommend that students in the Dragons program train twice per week, if their schedule allows, for retention and more timely progression through our syllabus.
