Family Classes
This class is designed for the whole family to train and learn at the same time, with several instructors teaching by age or belt groups.
Children's Classes
Tuggeranong Toddlers (18 months-3 years)Delivering a combination of physical and emotional benefits, the LTA Tuggeranong Toddlers program is designed to build confidence and self-esteem, providing a platform of knowledge, and boosting school readiness skills.
Differing from our usual classes, this one does not concentrate on Taekwondo, rather on the student’s own motor skills they develop as children. |
All Abilities (all ages)The all abilities classes offers one-to-one support designed to promote participation into group Taekwondo classes. Taekwondo improves confidence, aids in self-control, and promotes a goal oriented, accomplishment based learning system.

Pandas (3-5 years)Our Pandas group is a 30 minute session designed for our youngest students. The main focus of the panda classes is developing gross motor skills, focus and coordination. At LTA we teach our Pandas basic kicking and self defense and whilst in a fun and engaging environment.

Tigers (6-8 years)Our Tigers classes are 45 minutes in length and are designed for this energetic and active age group. These classes focus on developing gross motor skills, balance and coordination. Whilst doing this, LTA instructors emphasize self discipline and respect, whilst in an exciting, dynamic and fun class.

Dragons (9-11 years)Our Dragons classes are 45 minutes in length and are designed for the older group beginning to fine-tune their skills. The classes will work on introducing more complicated Taekwondo techniques while maintaining discipline and respect for everyone.

Teens And Adult Classes
Cadets (12-14 years)High school students are encouraged to create friendships, develop skills, enhance self values and learn martial arts in a safe, supportive and friendly environment in this 45 minute class.

Juniors (15-17 years)The Juniors classes are designed to strengthen each student as they continue to progress with each class.

Adults (18+ years)Come and relieve stress, interact with others and learn martial arts. These classes include kicking, blocking, structured forms, weaponry and self defence.

Extension Classes
PoomsaeThe Poomsae class is a 45 minute long session, concentrating on the traditional and competition forms Taekwondo has to offer.

SparringThe Sparring class is offered to teach students the World Taekwondo method of Sparring, with drills to help strengthen each student as well as short sparring rounds with each other.

HapkidoThe Hapkido class teaches Hapkido Philosophy, which emphasises the integration of mind, body and spirit. It drives to the perfection of human character; social responsibility; and the appropriate use of force.
